REFUND POLICY

Deep Creek Waterfowlers will make every attempt to keep each member completely satisfied with membership and or any item purchased. Because Deep Creek Waterfowlers operates under a minimal profit offset cost basis that all members benefit from, there has to be certain policies inplace. Each Member or Buyer is responsible for understanding this policy and before purchasing any item from this site. Every item will be inspected for character and quality of Deep Creek Waterfowlers before shipping. If any unforeseen circumstance arises due to defect or workmanship, the situation will be handled with the individual Deep Creek Waterfowlers vendor for a quick resolution without the expense put on Deep Creek Waterfowlers or its Members’. Returns, refunds, exchanges and the shipping involved with these particular operations are costly and would severely effect the purpose of Deep Creek Waterfowlers. For these reasons, Deep Creek Waterfowlers has this policy in place.

1. Membership may be cancelled and refunded within 24hrs.
(Shirt will ship after this period.)

2. All item sales are final.

3. Any paid for service provided by Deep Creek Waterfowlers will not be refunded.
